Where it all started
Brew & Bake was envisioned in 2023 from a simple but powerful vision: to create a neighbourhood café where specialty coffee and artisan baking exist in perfect harmony. This vision culminates in the launch of our two flagship locations in Muscat in June 2026.
Our founders brought together years of experience in specialty coffee — sourcing beans from high-altitude farms across regions such as Yemen, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Central Africa — and a deep-rooted passion for the craft of baking.
The result is a space where the aroma of freshly ground espresso mingles with the warmth of bread straight from the oven. Where every customer is a guest, and every visit feels like coming home.

Every espresso shot is timed and tasted. Every croissant is laminated by hand. We don't cut corners because you deserve better.

We source single-origin beans from farms we trust, paying fair prices and building long-term relationships with growers.
Baked fresh, always
Our doors open at 7am because our bakers start at 4am. Nothing sits from yesterday. That's a promise.
